A person wakes up only when he begins to see that everything he feels, thinks and experiences comes from inside him. Not from the outside. Not from other people's behavior. Not because of the circumstances. But from his own thoughts, emotions and beliefs, from his interpretations, from the energy he brings to every moment.

When we stop blaming, we take back our power.
Bo blaming is just a way to distract yourself from your own emotions – from pain, grief, anger or fear that demand our presence. It is an attempt to escape responsibility for one's own internal state. And the more we run away, the more we suffer.

Blame is an illusion.
It's like looking in the mirror and accusing the reflection of not being what we want it to be. The world only reflects what is inside us - our beliefs, emotions, frequency. But it's worth remembering that this mirror works with a delay. Reality has its lags. What we experience today is often an echo of our past emotions, thoughts and decisions. The material world needs time to keep up with the change that has occurred in us. Therefore, when we start working with emotions, releasing fear and choosing love - the effects are not always immediate. It's like a wave that has to come back so that we can see a new image in the mirror.

True liberation comes when we say, “This moja reakcja. To moja emocja. To moja lesson." Not because we want to punish ourselves, but because only then do we regain our influence.

Responsibility is not a burden. It's freedom. It is a return to the source, to your own heart - where everything begins and ends.

Instead of asking, “Who is to blame?” Ask: “What is it about me that is asking for love, understanding and acceptance?”

Because when you stop blaming the world, the world stops hurting you.
