WYMAGANIA TECHNICZNE<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>To use the Store it is necessary:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>device with Internet access,<\/li><li>a current web browser that supports cookies and JavaScript,<\/li><li>aktywny adres e-mail.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the Store can be used using popular web browsers and devices.<\/li><li>Using the Store may involve standard risks occurring on the Internet. The Customer should use appropriate technical measures, in particular up-to-date software and security measures.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong> SERVICES PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>The Seller provides the following electronic services:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>prowadzenie Konta Klienta,<\/li><li>formularz kontaktowy,<\/li><li>newsletter.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>These services are provided free of charge.<\/li><li>Service contract:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Customer's Account<\/strong> \u2013 is concluded upon confirmation of registration,<\/li><li><strong>formularz kontaktowy<\/strong> \u2013 is concluded when the Customer sends the message,<\/li><li><strong>newsletter<\/strong> \u2013 is concluded upon confirmation of the subscription by the Customer.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>The customer may at any time resign from:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>Customer Account - by submitting a request to delete it,<\/li><li>newsletter \u2013 by clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting the Seller,<\/li><li>contact form - by ceasing to use the service.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>The Seller may temporarily limit access to electronic services in connection with technical, maintenance or system security works.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong> REJESTRACJA I KONTO KLIENTA<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Registration of a Customer Account is voluntary and free of charge.<\/li><li>Creating an Account requires providing the data indicated in the registration form and accepting the Regulations.<\/li><li>The customer is obliged to provide true and current data.<\/li><li>The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the login and password.<\/li><li>The Seller may block the Customer Account in the event of:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>naruszenia Regulaminu,<\/li><li>activities that threaten the security of the Store,<\/li><li>podania danych nieprawdziwych,<\/li><li>using the Store in a manner contrary to the law.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li><strong> PLACING ORDERS<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Information about the Goods posted in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract, and not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.<\/li><li>The customer can place orders:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>via the Store's website,<\/li><li>telefonicznie pod numerem <strong>601 283 205<\/strong>,<\/li><li>in another way made available by the Seller on the Store's website.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>To place an order, the Customer:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>wybiera Towar,<\/li><li>dodaje go do koszyka,<\/li><li>indicates the method of delivery and payment,<\/li><li>provides data necessary to complete the order,<\/li><li>akceptuje Regulamin,<\/li><li>confirms the order with a button clearly marked as payment obligation.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>After placing the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming its receipt.<\/li><li>The sales contract is concluded when the order is accepted for execution by the Seller.<\/li><li>The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order in justified cases, in particular when:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>the provided data is incorrect,<\/li><li>failed to contact the customer,<\/li><li>The product is unavailable and the order cannot be processed.<\/li><\/ul><p>In such a case, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer and refund any payments received.<\/p><p><strong>VII. INDIVIDUAL AND MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The Seller may offer Goods made according to the Customer's specifications or intended to meet his individual needs.<\/li><li>In the case of such orders, the terms of implementation, design, completion date and payment may be agreed individually.<\/li><li>The customer is responsible for the correctness of the provided guidelines, including texts, colors, dimensions and other parameters.<\/li><li>After the customer accepts the project, it is considered that the individual order has been finally approved for execution.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>VIII. PRICES AND PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The prices of the Goods given in the Store are gross prices and include VAT, if applicable.<\/li><li>Prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated to the Customer before placing the order.<\/li><li>Payments in the Store are made via a payment gateway <strong>PayNow<\/strong> operated by <strong>mBank S.A.<\/strong><\/li><li>As part of PayNow, the Customer may use the currently available payment methods, in particular:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>szybkiego przelewu online,<\/li><li>BLIK,<\/li><li>card payments,<\/li><li>other methods available in the PayNow system at the time of placing the order.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>The order is processed after receiving confirmation of correct payment.<\/li><li>If payment is not made on time, the Seller may cancel the order after unsuccessfully calling the Customer for payment.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong> Delivery<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Deliveries are made:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej,<\/li><li>to the territory of the European Union Member States.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>Delivery is carried out <strong>via a courier company<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The delivery cost depends on the country of delivery and is indicated to the Customer when placing the order.<\/li><li>The order completion date is counted from the date of receipt of payment.<\/li><li>The Seller provides the Customer with information about the shipment of the order and, if possible, also a tracking number.<\/li><li>The customer should check the shipment upon receipt. In the event of damage to the shipment, it is recommended to prepare a damage report with the carrier.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong> REKLAMACJE<\/strong><\/li><li><strong> Complaints regarding Goods - Consumer and Entrepreneur with consumer rights<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>The Seller is liable to the Consumer and the Entrepreneur with consumer rights <strong>non-compliance of the Goods with the contract<\/strong>. The complaint may be based on a request for repair, replacement, and in certain cases also a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.<\/li><li>If the Goods are inconsistent with the contract, the Customer may demand:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>naprawy Towaru,<\/li><li>wymiany Towaru.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>If repair or replacement is impossible or would require excessive costs, the Seller may refuse to bring the Goods into compliance with the contract.<\/li><li>If:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>The seller refused to repair or replace,<\/li><li>The Seller did not bring the Goods into compliance with the contract,<\/li><li>non-compliance persists despite attempted repair or replacement,<\/li><li>the lack of compliance is significant,<\/li><\/ul><p>The customer may submit a declaration about:<\/p><ul><li>price reduction,<\/li><li>withdrawal from the contract, unless the lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract is immaterial.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>A complaint can be filed:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>e-mailem na adres: <strong>office@zenzen.pl<\/strong>,<\/li><li>pisemnie na adres Sprzedawcy,<\/li><li>telefonicznie pod numerem <strong>601 283 205<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>The complaint should include, if possible:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>dane Klienta,<\/li><li>order number,<\/li><li>opis problemu,<\/li><li>Customer's request.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>Sprzedawca ustosunkuje si\u0119 do reklamacji w terminie 14 dni od jej otrzymania. Koszty doprowadzenia towaru do zgodno\u015bci z umow\u0105, w tym odbioru towaru do naprawy lub wymiany, ponosi Sprzedawca. Paragon i oryginalne opakowanie nie s\u0105 warunkiem zg\u0142oszenia; zakup mo\u017cna wykaza\u0107 innym dowodem. Dobrowolny formularz jest dost\u0119pny na stronie zwrot\u00f3w.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Complaints regarding Goods \u2013 other entrepreneurs<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>In relations with Customers who are not Consumers or Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, the Seller's liability for defects in the Goods may be limited in accordance with applicable law.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Complaints about electronic services<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>The customer may submit complaints regarding electronic services to the following address: <strong>office@zenzen.pl<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.<\/li><\/ol><h2>XI. Odst\u0105pienie od umowy<\/h2><h2>Zwrot towaru &#8211; odst\u0105pienie od umowy<\/h2><p>Konsument oraz przedsi\u0119biorca na prawach konsumenta mog\u0105 odst\u0105pi\u0107 od umowy bez podawania przyczyny w ci\u0105gu <strong>30 dni od otrzymania towaru<\/strong>. Wyd\u0142u\u017camy ustawowy termin 14 dni. Przy towarach z jednego zam\u00f3wienia dostarczanych osobno termin liczymy od otrzymania ostatniego towaru, partii lub cz\u0119\u015bci.<\/p><h3>Jak zg\u0142osi\u0107 odst\u0105pienie?<\/h3><p>Skorzystaj z funkcji \u201eOdst\u0105p od umowy tutaj\u201d powy\u017cej, napisz na <a href=\"mailto:office@zenzen.pl\">office@zenzen.pl<\/a> lub wy\u015blij o\u015bwiadczenie listownie na adres: MAAZ Sp. z o.o., ul. Nie wymagamy logowania, podania przyczyny, podpisanego skanu ani zgody marketingowej. Do zachowania terminu wystarczy wys\u0142anie o\u015bwiadczenia przed jego up\u0142ywem.<\/p><p>Formularz online pozwala wskaza\u0107 ca\u0142e zam\u00f3wienie lub wybrane produkty. Po klikni\u0119ciu \u201ePotwierd\u017a odst\u0105pienie od umowy\u201d zapisujemy o\u015bwiadczenie i przesy\u0142amy e-mailem potwierdzenie jego tre\u015bci oraz daty i godziny otrzymania. Samo zg\u0142oszenie nie uruchamia automatycznej wyp\u0142aty pieni\u0119dzy.<\/p><h3>Odes\u0142anie towaru<\/h3><p>Ode\u015blij towar nie p\u00f3\u017aniej ni\u017c w ci\u0105gu <strong>30 dni od z\u0142o\u017cenia o\u015bwiadczenia<\/strong> na adres: MAAZ Sp. z o.o., ul. Oryginalne opakowanie, paragon ani faktura nie s\u0105 warunkiem skorzystania z prawa odst\u0105pienia. Sam fakt sprzeda\u017cy towaru u\u017cywanego lub komisowego nie wy\u0142\u0105cza prawa odst\u0105pienia.<\/p><h3>Zakupy w promocji<\/h3><p>Przy cz\u0119\u015bciowym zwrocie rozliczamy cen\u0119 faktycznie zap\u0142acon\u0105 za zwracane produkty, z uwzgl\u0119dnieniem rabatu przypisanego do tych produkt\u00f3w. Ewentualne rozliczenie zestawu lub gratisu wynika z jasnych warunk\u00f3w konkretnej promocji przekazanych przed zakupem i nie mo\u017ce ogranicza\u0107 ustawowych praw klienta. Nie potr\u0105camy automatycznie warto\u015bci gratisu wy\u0142\u0105cznie z powodu cz\u0119\u015bciowego zwrotu.<\/p><p>Zwrot nie przywraca wa\u017cno\u015bci wykorzystanego kodu rabatowego.<\/p><p><strong>XII. DANE OSOBOWE<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The administrator of Customers' personal data is the Seller.<\/li><li>Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR.<\/li><li>Detailed rules for the processing of personal data, including the purposes, legal bases and rights of data subjects, are specified <strong>Privacy policy<\/strong> available on the Store's website.<\/li><li>The supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection is: <strong>President of the Personal Data Protection Office<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>XIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>All content posted in the Store, in particular photos, descriptions, graphics, page layout, markings and materials, are subject to legal protection.<\/li><li>Using this content beyond permitted use requires the prior consent of the Seller.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>XIV. OUT-OF-COURT METHODS OF RESOLVING DISPUTES<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The consumer has the opportunity to use out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims, in accordance with applicable law.<\/li><li>Detailed information about such possibilities can be obtained, among others, from: at municipal and district consumer ombudsmen, voivodeship inspectorates of the Trade Inspection and on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.<\/li><li>The EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is therefore no longer applicable as a current online complaint channel.<\/li><\/ol><ol><li><strong> FINAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ol><li>Polish law applies to contracts concluded via the Store.<\/li><li>In matters not regulated in the Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.<\/li><li>The Regulations do not exclude or limit the rights of the Consumer and the Entrepreneur under consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.<\/li><li>The Seller may change the Regulations for important reasons, in particular in the case of:<\/li><\/ol><ul><li>changes in legal regulations,<\/li><li>changes in payment or delivery methods,<\/li><li>zmian technicznych lub organizacyjnych Sklepu,<\/li><li>extending or changing the functionality of the Store.<\/li><\/ul><ol><li>The Regulations in force on the date of conclusion of the contract shall apply to sales contracts concluded before the new Regulations enter into force.<\/li><li>Changes to the Regulations enter into force on the date specified by the Seller, no less than 7 days from the date of their publication.<\/li><\/ol><p>The regulations are valid from the date of publication on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/zenzen.pl\/en\/\" data-start=\"14245\" data-end=\"14258\">www.zenzen.pl<\/a>.<\/p><p>Aktualizacja procedury zwrot\u00f3w opublikowana 17 pa\u017adziernika 2026 r. wchodzi w \u017cycie 24 pa\u017adziernika 2026 r. Ju\u017c od publikacji Sprzedawca dobrowolnie udost\u0119pnia funkcj\u0119 odst\u0105pienia i przyznaje korzystniejsze warunki 30 dni na odst\u0105pienie, kolejnych 30 dni na odes\u0142anie i darmowego nadania InPost tak\u017ce dla wcze\u015bniejszych zakup\u00f3w, je\u015bli termin odst\u0105pienia jeszcze nie up\u0142yn\u0105\u0142.
